♥ Hello there world! This site is dedicated to all our AIA pupils from NBPS (whether alumni or current ones). This is a place to celebrate our growth and successes and even failures. We hope to document the artistic growth of these pupils and hopefully one day when they become a practicing artist in their different ways, they can reflect on the amazing journey they have gone through. Beautex Life's Beautiful Art Competition @ Gardens by The Bay
27th July 2013, the AIA members and a few art club members set out for Gardens by the Bay in anticipation for an art competition! They were fully geared with their tools of trade (oil pastels, water colours etc etc) to do their BEST!
Upon arrival, the skies did not look all friendly :( It started to rain soon before the start of the competition. However, that did not dampen the spirits of our pupils. The atmosphere at the Gardens by the Bay was very relaxing but not for them. They were determined to do their best!
To be honest, the tourist and many local passer-by were very impressed with our kids :) Mdm Z and myself were too!
Although no one won anything, we were proud that 3 of their works were in the FINALS! Mostly importantly, the pupils learnt how to be humble and continue to improve in their work to make progress in their skills!
